Production Schedules

Turnaround times at right are referenced on each service page. Cutoff times indicate when an order should be placed for that day to count in the schedule.

We regularly complete work on time or ahead of schedule, however, turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Orders of unusual size or complexity may require additional time and will be estimated when the order is placed. 

Rush Service

Please call in advance to see if rush service is available.

Rush charges apply to rush orders. Charges range from 25% to 200% depending on the type of work and time allowed for completion.

After-Hours, Weekends & Holidays

Service must be scheduled in advance. When available, the following charges apply:

After Hours
5pm-9am M-F:
$90 per man hour

Weekends
5pm Friday - 9am Monday:
$750 open lab fee
$150 per man hour

Holidays
5pm preceding day to
9am following day:
$1500 open lab fee
$250 per man hour

1 Hour

Cutoff: 3pm
Work received by 3pm is complete within approximately one hour.

2 Hour

Cutoff: 2pm
Work received by 2pm is complete within approximately two hours.

4 Hour

Cutoff: 12 noon
Work received by 12pm is complete within approximately four hours.

24 Hour

Cutoff: None
Work is completed on the following business day at approximately the same hour as received.

1 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10am is complete by approximately 4pm on the same day. Work received after 10am is complete by approximately 4pm on the following business day.

2 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10pm is complete by approximately 4pm on the following business day.
Example
In Monday by 10am, complete Tuesday around 4pm.

3 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10pm is complete by approximately 4pm on the third business day.
Example
In Monday by 10am, complete Wednesday around 4pm.

3-4 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10pm is complete by approximately 4pm on the third business day.
Example
In Monday by 10am, complete Wednesday or Thrusday around 4pm.

4-5 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10pm is complete by approximately 4pm on the fourth or fifth business day.
Example
In Monday by 10am, complete Thursday or Friday around 4pm.

6-7 Day

Cutoff: 10am
Work received by 10pm is complete by approximately 4pm on the sixth or seventh business day.
Example
In Monday by 10am, complete following Monday or Tuesday around 4pm.
